HFB82PC PC Special Machine For PC Barrel
It is the most famous series with the highest popularity. It is well-known to many customers all over the world for its excellence, pragmatic, classic. According to different demand, 25:1 and 30:1 extrusion systems and big die head are for choice. Clamping system adopts two-tie-bar type clamping device with gears and racks synchronously aligned; Cylinder clamps mold by direct pressure; It adopts one-piece mold platen with X-shaped pull arms to increase the bearing rigidity of mold platen; The bevel angle of pull arms is 45°, which makes a large mold area; The extrusion system adopts frequency control of motor speed, and the amount of extrusion is large; It adopts PLC programmable controller made by Panasonic of Japan, of which prorams are optimized; All electric equipments adopt world-famous products.
Machine Features:
It is specially designed for the production of PC pure water bucket. It can also produce various hollow blow molding products made of PC such as lampshades, bottles, pots, cans, barrels etc.
